At Perfect Billboards, we strive to deliver value to every billboard owner using our platform. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how they are handled.

1. General Policy

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Because subscriptions grant immediate access to our tools and services, we cannot provide refunds for unused time or partial billing periods.

2. Free Trials

  • If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
  • To avoid charges, cancel your account before the trial period expires.

3. Billing Errors

  • If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us at support@perfectbillboards.com within 7 days of the charge.
  • We will review the case and issue a refund if the charge was made in error.

4. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Upgrades: When upgrading to a higher plan, charges may be prorated based on the billing cycle. These upgrade fees are non-refundable
  • Downgrades: When downgrading, the new plan will begin at the start of the next billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for the difference in plan costs.

5. Account Termination

  • If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund.
