1. General Policy
- All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Because subscriptions grant immediate access to our tools and services, we cannot provide refunds for unused time or partial billing periods.
2. Free Trials
- If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.
- To avoid charges, cancel your account before the trial period expires.
3. Billing Errors
- If you believe you were billed incorrectly, contact us at support@perfectbillboards.com within 7 days of the charge.
- We will review the case and issue a refund if the charge was made in error.
4. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades: When upgrading to a higher plan, charges may be prorated based on the billing cycle. These upgrade fees are non-refundable
- Downgrades: When downgrading, the new plan will begin at the start of the next billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for the difference in plan costs.
5. Account Termination
- If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund.
